Baked Ziti

Penne pasta is mixed with ricotta, Romano, and mozzarella

cheeses, then covered in sauce and more cheese

& baked to perfection.

Chicken Parmigiana

A chicken breast is hand breaded in Italian seasonings

and fried golden brown, then covered with

sauce and mozzarella cheese. Served with a side of pasta.

Chicken Alfredo Penne

Penne pasta is smothered with creamy Alfredo sauce,

& mixed with cuts of tender grilled chicken, sprinkled with

Romano, and baked until bubbly.

Eggplant Parmigiana

Tender eggplant, fried golden brown, is covered with

sauce and layered with ricotta, Romano, mozzarella cheeses.

Served with a side of pasta.

Rosina’s Pasta

Penne pasta, cooked al dente, covered in your choice of

sauce (marinara, pesto, or garlic and oil).
